Rather than messing up current pages under construction (Characters and it's child pages), I'm going to collate the entire Japanese Gallery translation on my SMW sister Wiki and make the Image sets available for download there.
Once the translations are completed, I will continue to update the Characters Gallery here
As of Jan 17, 2014 there are 2034 Japanese Characters, I have not yet finished mapping them to thier English counterparts as I am doing this visually.
By collecting all available Japanese thumbnails, I'm hoping it will make identifying images for newly released English cards much simpler, and in many cases the images will hopefully already be available.
I will be saving 100x100 thumbnails as well as 240x300 card images where possible ... all images will be .jpg format, so if needed we can use them to replace current .JPG and .png images here
For simplicity, I will be naming the Cards using the following convention:
thumb/<character>.jpg (or <character><form>.jpg where I have the evo thumbs) for thumbnails <character>.jpg for single form cards <character><form>.jpg for sets where: character = the First Form name form = the form number of this image
Where a Card Evolves by sequence (eg Princess -> High Princess -> Princess Knight - Princess Angel), I will add the Evolution Breadcrumb to the relevant pages for the image set(s). Hopefully this will help when collecting the images for new cards.
Where a card differs between releases, I will add either _ja or _en to the name so it's easier to differentiate between sets
For cards as yet unreleased in the English game, I will make a Zip file available with the available card images for reference.
Once the initial Japanese to English collation is completed, I hope to run a weekly update to add any new images and maintain a current listing.
